Unfortunately it doesn't look like I will be able to make it.  I have been sick since Tuesday and it's in my throat and chest now and I can't speak above a squeaky whisper.

Top it off - we're supposed to go on vacation on Monday - so I'm on a strict orange juice and nyquil diet for the weekend...  And if it snows - I will have to stay indoors.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this crap misses us or we get a very small amount. I'll say this I have 4x4 and will travel. I have a bad feeling that the next time I login I'm gonna see a canceled posting.

Has anyone heard if the game is still on or not?  I'm driving 3 hrs to play so I would hate to make a long drive to find out that it was canceled.

I just drove from Carlisle to my house (40 minutes north) and the roads are decent, so unless I hear the game has been canceled I will be there. Sure hope we hear yay or nay by 7 or 8 tonight.

I just received word from Sheldon that the scenario HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED to next Sunday, November 6th!  All registrations previously paid will of course transfer to the new event date.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Sheldon.

Thanks Chris for calling and letting me know that the game was canceled.  I just finally got power back.  The snow wasn't all that much (10"), but it did its damage with downed power lines.  I will not be able to get the day off for the new date.  I was hoping to go it sounded like a lot of fun.  Hopefully someone takes pictures and you all give great feedback so I can enjoy reading about it at least.  I'll see you all in the spring!

Holy crapola batman is it cold out. Been outside for the past hour, and that tells me I'm gonna need to wear a couple more layers of clothing for tomorrow. Btw for those attending, be sure to set your clocks back. No sense in getting to the field an hour early.

I had a great time and definitely got LOTS of exercise since the fields were opened up.  I liked the special rules and the refs really kept it fair, I appreciate that.
