 im back for the rest of the semester so ill be heading up to the field a lot more now.

January Term - one class for three weeks in january. It really helps to lighten the spring semester load. The classes are longer time-wise, and the semester shorter in the spring because of all the breaks. So i'll have a lot of free time to snowboard and play paintball, especially because im only taking Islam, which should be a cake class.

im confused...you asked what a j term was...so i answered. Im taking one now, it starts on wednesday.

Cool stuff. Longer wise means what? I know your classes tend to be 50 mins a piece. Gen eds for me are 2 hrs and 50 mins but only once a week Major classes such as Nursing Lecture start out at 2 hrs and 20 mins but increase to 4 hrs in 2nd semester

So according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration we're looking at rain/snow at night and >32 degrees every day until Saturday.

Think it will be too muddy for paintball this Saturday?  I guess we need a solid week of 20 degree weather so the ground freezes.

the 29th ill be home for jterm break, so i wont be up here.

yea its a 2.5 hour class every day. but its just one class, so its not too bad. A lot of reading at once though. They say one day of class should be like a 3 day week of classes, so that would give you an idea of the amount of reading/work.

Thanks. I shouldnt need it, it seems like it would be easy...

So is anybody going to be up this weekend? even if it snows? It looks like it should stay below freezing so maybe it wont be as soggy?

Unfortunately my status is still up in the air and probably will be until tomorrow morning.  The wife came down with something nasty (I'm hoping it's not strep throat) and someone needs to take care of her.  Here's a picture of her this morning:

If she throws me out of the house and tells me to go play paintball though that would be GREAT.  You can PM me your phone number and I'll call you in the morning IF I'm going up to Wannaplay.  Unfortunately that's the best I can do for now though...
