Starting Up A Proteam

Hello forum users,

My name's is Will, and I've been balln' in the NYC area for most of my paintball experience. Some of it was great. Some of it I feel like it was crammed, and smashed into my face. I've had some great ideas, some of them maybe even revolutionary, but I could never get anywhere with my teams due to life's unexpectancies.

Well after being absent in the sport for about 3 years, and my one of my great loyal friends beginning to start up a factory team in Jersey; I wanted to take this inspirational opportunity to make my friend's team into a multi geographical celled team by starting a (PA) Cell based off his team. Plus doing this will make being part of the team actually being part of something that's actually even bigger.

The only problem that I have is that I'm not readily available on the weekends, but I should have no problem making at least one sunday a month.

Perhaps we can arrange practices on week day afternoon.

I also plan on having physical fitness requirements, and intelligence standards, but nothing hard only fun; however, despite fun everything will have a foundation of discipline.

I'm even getting a little ahead of myself. There is currently not even a team name in fact, but we have people from the (NJ) Cell with an excellent solid reputation, and foundation in the sport rumored who will carry with them some decent sponsors.
