Post a question in the original thread asking when registration money is due and Sheldon should answer.  If it's due the day of the event cash can be put together upon arrival.  If it's due before... well that's something else, the US Postal Service still runs to Dave's house at least five days a week.

With interest from eight so far it looks like we're going to have enough players to enter two MERCS teams, how awesome is THAT!?!?!?  I wonder what Stoltz is doing that weekend...

I wish more folks used the forums, we've played with a LOT of people in the last year that became MERCS but I haven't seen or heard from them since.  We should try to suss them out.

do you have contact info for those three guys we played with in June?  I think their names were Chris, Dave, (what a coincidence) and Matt or Troy or Terry or Leonard or something.  They were pretty darn good and I think they gave you their email addresses...

I don't see why we can't have two teams enter, something like The Mercenaries A and The Mercenaries 1?  It would stink if we got paired against each other in the first round though.

As far as buying paint... I don't know what to tell you.  What if we buy a crap-load of paint and get eliminated in the first round?  I guess it's not really a big deal, we can use it at Wannaplay another time... Dunno, I've never been in a real competition before, maybe Dave has thoughts?

I would imagine we're going to need to support each other if possible, from what Dave told me these matches turn around REALLY fast and re-filling paint/air can be a challenge from a time stand point.  I'll more than happy to fetch paint/air for anyone that needs it.
