Over the last year I've been asked what kind of vest I'm wearing. It's a
Pursuit Combat Systems (PCS) Encounter Vest. They make another one too, called the "Tactical Vest" that doesn't have as many add-ons.

It has a 5+6 guppy configuration, horizontally mounted compressed air tank pouch on the back (even fits my 110ci tank), pocket in the back for a hydration system, tactical sling clips to hang your marker from, more pockets than God for maps, paint grenades, rags, a radio, all of which can be moved or removed. It's mostly mesh to help keep you cool but not at all delicate, it's really tough. This is my third year using it and it's holding up great, I just run it through the washer and air dry it once a year, or when it gets really funky. Oh, and I've gotten LOTS of bounces off of it! NICE!
My favorite part is the chest-wrap, it helps distribute the weight and keeps the vest from sliding all over the place. If you have back problems like I do this might work well. You can distribute the weight of your gear between your shoulders, chest and hips, unlike a standard pack in which all the weight is on your hips. It's adjustable at the shoulders, ribs, and there are loops for a belt around the waist.
I believe they were originally $100.00, but Action Village has a small/medium SERIOUSLY on sale for $56.00 right now.
Stoltz has a nice vest, not sure what make/model it is though... Hope someone finds this helpful.
